Jason founded and serves as Managing Partner at Newflow Partners.

Prior to founding Newflow Partners, Jason served as global head of business development at L Catterton, the largest consumer-focused private equity firm. During his time at L Catterton, Jason partnered with various deal team members to source and execute the firm’s investments in Cholula (acquired by McCormick), Nutrafol (acquired by Unilever), The Honest Company (Nasdaq:HNST), Tonal, Canidae Pet Food, Everlane, Third Love and Norwegian Cruise Lines (NYSE:NCLH). Prior to L Catterton, Jason worked as a deal professional at New Mountain Capital and Summit Partners, where he sourced and executed private equity deals across a variety of sectors.

Jason holds a B.A. in financial economics and entrepreneurship, cum laude, from Vanderbilt University. Jason was born in New York and currently lives in Miami.

Zack serves as Partner & General Counsel at Newflow Partners. Prior to joining Newflow Partners, Zack worked as an attorney at Davis Polk & Wardwell, where he represented companies, private equity firms, hedge funds, banks and other strategic parties in a wide range of corporate transactions. Prior to Davis Polk, Zack worked as an associate at New Markets Advisors, a leading boutique management consulting firm focused on innovation and growth strategies.

Zack holds a B.A., summa cum laude, from Duke University and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was a member of the law review.
